ブラッシュ・和馬
Kazuma Granger Brash
Richard & Yuko Brash are proud to announce the birth of a Son, Kazuma Granger, at St Mary's Hospital, London, on 26th July 2007.
Mother and Baby well.
A little bit of etymology: The Chinese characters used to write the name Kazuma (和馬) carry the meaning "Peace Horse". 和 is the Japanese word "Wa" which signifies Harmony or Peace. The same character also represents the ancient Japanese Yamato Kingdom, and as such reflects Kazuma's Japanese ancestry.
As parents, our prayerful hope for our son is that he would share the Peace of God, with the strength and gracefulness of a mighty horse.
Kazuma is also called Granger, after his Grandpa.
He is looking forward to meeting you all, after a long nap...!
"For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother's womb.
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made." (Psalm 139:13-14)
"Sons are a heritage from the LORD,
children a reward from him.
Like arrows in the hands of a warrior
are sons born in one's youth." (Psalm 127:3-4)
